JONATHAN KNUDSEN

Growing up in New York, Jonathan’s passion for hospitality was rooted in a line of family-owned and operated establishments.
Jonathan has extensive industry experience bringing projects to market with hotel openings, concept development and execution. Groomed by global hospitality leader Starwood Hotels & Resorts, he led multiple teams from southern California, to the Caribbean to New York city before joining boutique hotel pioneer Morgans Hotel Group directing the renovation and operation of the iconic Hudson Hotel New York and it’s regional portfolio of NYC properties.

Josh began his career working for some of the leading hotel groups in the world, including Starwood Hotels and Morgans Hotel Group, moving on to excel in some of the most influential cities in North America including New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and Charlotte, NC. Expanding on his hospitality experience josh collaborated with leading luxury co-working space Neuehouse here in New York City. Josh has extensive vendor relationships and leads all strategic partnerships and brand placements.
DANNY BAZECHOUIN

Danny is a 20 year hospitality veteran having covering just about every corner of the industry. Danny has spent his career working with some of New York city’s most exclusive places such as Tabla, Eleven Madison, Avalon, Gramercy Park Hotel and Hotel Americano. Danny has been the key investor in NYC lounges such Playhouse and Church Street Tavern. He is currently a partner at the Harrow NYC, Adella in Hell’s Kitchen and Tillage New York in Herald Square. Danny currently leads our nightlife program delivering unique experiences and an elite crowd across all venues.
CAITLIN FRANCIS
Managing Partner
Caitlin leads new operation set up and corporate operations. She previously served as the US representative of the Sahara Group, an Indian real estate conglomerate, and helped manage Sahara’s ownership interest in the US. Caitlin joined Sahara in 2012, during the acquisitions of both Dream Downtown and The Plaza Hotel, which Sahara sold in 2017. Caitlin has worked closely with hotel management & asset management teams with focus on F&B and retail Caitlin is also involved with the acquisition and management of other private investments in real estate and F&B ventures.
